The total % amount turned over from the students' campaign reached an impressive figure of $1,123.50, more than twice the amount gathered last year. CARTWRIGHT HIGH SCHOOL principal, Gordon Paisley presented a diploma and trophy to Chere Crowells, 3rd year student, whose Remembrance Day & poem won first place at local and zone levels ih the contest sponsored by Branch 419, Royal Canadian Legion.
