Literally hundreds and hun- dreds of people of all ages were either boating, swimm- ing or enjoying the park with its excellent playground facilities for children recent- ly installed by the Port Perry Kinsmen Club. The weather was warm and in the nineties and humidity high which made the many large shade (rees protection popular for those lying or sitting on the ground througout the park arca.
