Of the 229 graduates approximately 86 percent are employed of which 95 percent are in remainder, 6 percent are returning to a community college or university, and 8 percent are unemployed or could not be contacted. Mr. Evans reports an ex- ceptional demand for ians, as well as for Business Administration graduates. In these areas the demand has exceeded the supply. Area has 15 grass fires There were' fifteen grass and bush fires this season in the Lindsay district of the Ministry of Natural Resources. Scugog Town- ship is included in the dis- trict. » William Prange, field ser- vices supervisor with the Ministry, said- that only 115 acres of land were burned this season. About seventy-three per cent of the fires were caused by 'humans, and in the others, it is not known what caused the fire, although human error can't be ruled out. There were nine fires in April and four in July, while only one was reported in March and June.
