Wants District Health Councils The provincial ment is trying to sell the idea of a District Health Council to local hospitals and to the Durham Social Services committee. The Ontario Region Health Unit objected to a proposal that the region be given a chance to look at the health council's recommendations before they are sent to the Health Ministry.
