- & Arthur Latcham, the bene- factor of so many commun- ity projects in the area from Stouffville to Port Perry will be the centre of attraction on a CBC TV program Christ- mas Eve, 'December 24, between 10 and 10:30 p.m. A couple of years ago, his generosity befell Port Perry when he had a community centre built and donated it to the residents of this area. The CBC program is known as "Up Canada" and the tribute to Mr. Latcham is part of this show.
