Reverend Charles Newton officiated. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold W. Cornish, Scugog Island, and the groom is the son of Mrs. Dorothy Brown and Mr. Owen Davis, both of Wasaga Beach. Ray Manson, Toronto, was the soloist, accompanied by Ronald Kellington, Oshawa. Given in'marriage by her father, the bride was wearing a formal gown of white nylon organza over taffeta, fashioned with a high neck- line and full sheer sleeves, both appliqued with venise lace. The chapel train flowed behind the A-line skirt. A juliette cap held her tiered, shoulder-length veil of French illusion, and she carried a bouquet of white daisies. : Mrs. Susan Baron, Scar- borough, was the matron of honour, and the bridesmaids were Mrs. Patricia Tozer (sister of the bride), Algon- quin Park, Mrs. Lois- Barker (cousin of the bride), Oshawa and Mrs. Olga Lang, Scar- borough. They wore identi- cal formal gowns of mint green, nylon over taffeta, designed with square ruffled necklines and ruffled hems. Each carried a bouquet of orange roses and yellow daisies. John Lang, Pickering, was the best man, and those ushering were Dennis 1 Secord, Toronto, Ronald Smith, Scarborough, and Douglas Omer, Scarborough.
