Many projects, card weav- ing, candle making, just to mention a few. On Friday, July 25 a Penny Carnival was held in the Arena. There were games to play, and popcorn and lem- onade for sale. Prizes for the games were made by the children. Several draws were made. Winner of Wally Watermelon was Elaine Bailey, the box of chocolates went to Steve Johnston, and Father of the Year was Keith VanCamp. Ron Hoskin and Neil Werry were second and third place winners. A total of $30. was raised from the carnival which will be used for community recreation.
