BOLTON 4 FRANK 1 Brett Oosterman, Shawn O'Donnell, Scott McHugh, and Paul VanCamp scored the goals while Paul Van- Camp had two assists and Scott McHugh and Kevin Long each had one assist. Alan Ferguson scored the goal from Steve Smith for Franks. BANTAM HOUSE LEAGUE EMMERSON 4 PEELS 1 In this game Rob Scott scored one and also assisted once. Dan Gribben also had a goal and an assist. Mark Clarke and John MacLeod had the other goals, Steve Ashmore, Scott Heard and Mike York each had an Glen MacDonald scored the Peels goal. BALLARDS 6 COCHRANES 2 In this game Ballards lost their hest defenceman and forward Gerald Lee and Pete Bateman to Cochranes, and Ballards still came out on top. Greg Carriere scored twice, Dave Gatchell also had a pair, Gord Carriere and Rick Wallace also had goals. Brad Hurst, Dave Gat- chell, Robbie Fellows; and Rick Wallace all had assists. Tony Oxley had both Cochranes goals and Pete Bateman had a pair of assists. NOVICE HOUSE LEAGUE TRANS 3 KINSMEN 1 Trans played a well fought game with Dixon getting a hat trick with Burnett and Menzies hoth getting assists. SWAMPS1 Both teams opened , up their scoring in the early part of the second period as Vanschagen scored for the Lions and pratt scored for Swamps. - U.AW.3 LAKE SCUGOG 2 It was an open game with lots of action, but U.A.W. got the break as Desautels pick- ed up two unassisted goals and Fowler scoring the third. Lake' Scugog goals were scored by Atchison and Ful- ford from Atchison. LIONS 2 LAKE SCUGOG 0 The Lions opened up the attack halfway through the second period as Vanschag- en scored twice with Myers assisting twice and Furgu- son also picking up an assist. UAW.5 SWAMPS 1 It was U.A.W. all the way ° as Fowler scored a hat trick and Bradt scoring twice. Stevenson and Bryant both picked up assists. Swamps only goal came late in the second period as pratt scor- ed with Ginn getting the assist. MIDGET HOUST LEAGUE In the first game Consum- ers Gas defeated Waggs Texaco 4-1. With Lindsay, Lane, McCallum and Ash- bridge scoring for Consum- ers and Willis scoring for Waggs. In the second game Club Annrene fought a 3-3 battle "against Carl the Butcher with Lefort chalking up the 3 goals for Carls, Scoring for Club Annrene was Page, Percy and Lyon. Perry Star 985-7383 Snowmobilers form club in Cartwright As a result of a meéting held Sunday evening in the Nestleton Community Centre, the Cartwright Dyno's Snowmobile Club was formed. Approx. fourty people attended the meetin and the club had 26 family memberships 'hy the end of the evening. : f An executive committee . was formed with Mr. Warren Rohrer elected as president, The Cartwright Dyno's will he a member of the Central Ontario' Regional Snowmobile Club Associa- tion which links up trails of various Snowmobile Clubs" from -Cohourg to Aurora. They will also join the Ontar- io Federation of Snowmobile Clubs. Any local snowmobilers in- terested in joining the club can contact any club mem- her or Mr. Doug Hudson, membership chairman. The club is looking for- ward to a full season of snowmobile fun. The next general meeting will be held Sunday, January - 18th, 7:30 p.m. in the Nestle- ton Community Centre.
