PORT PERRY STAR -- Wednesday, Dec. 17, 1975 -- 27 Bantams win two, tie one In two games, the first week of 'December, 'the Beare Motor Bantams won over Orono 2-1 and lost to Port Hope 74. On December 9, the Ban- tams travelled to Newcastle where they came out on top 4-2. -- Scoring for Port was George Burnett with 2 goals and two assists, Carey Fel- lows with one goal and three assists, "Dennis Franssen had one goal. Jim Treen and Craig Larmer shared the goal tending. In-a back to back series, Newcastle were in Port on December 10. This was a very close checking game that ended in.a 1-1 tie. Scoring the lone marker for Port was Tim Parker with the assist going to Carey Fellows. Next home game is Dec. 17 against a strong Pickering team. Come out and cheer these boys on.
