2 -- PORT PERRY STAR -- Wednesday, Feb. 4, 1976 % George Emmerson might this week agree with the old saying 'it pays to adver- tise", after writing out a policy for a man who saw his picture -in the Chamber of Commerce Meet the Mer- chant page in last weeks STAR. A man called their office after seeing his pic- ture saying "he had a nice smile and looked like a good person to do business with'. Notice The STAR would like to announce that com- mencing today, the office will close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The 6:00 p.m. closing on both Monday and Tuesday will remain the same. We are doing this because of the small amount of traffic into the office between the hours of 5 and 6 during the week.
