She was -accomp- anied by two of her pupils Holly Watkinson and Adela Gazey. They were interested to know where their teacher attended school in Epsom. Darlene showed them the school she attended. The collection and Hymn 330 sung and prayer by Ruth. A very full and interesting 1975 report read and minutes and the com- mittee reports good. A sup- per and social evening plan- ned for March. Mr. and Mrs. Archie Watson and Miss Tina Ruhl also called to wish Al a happy birthday. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Kerry and family attended the 55th wedding anniversary of Elva's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Stearman of Uxbridge. The anniversary was held at Ruth and Diane, and a social time enjoyed. Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Ginn, Richard and Ann Marie attended the eightieth birthday of Mrs. Charles in Toronto on Sunday. The Manchester Commun- ity Centre will hold their yearly meeting February 16 at 9 p.m. at Community Centre Hall. Each and everyone concerned, please attend. Mr. and Mrs. G. Marcotte visiting Mr. and Mrs. Bob Price at Ottawa a few days last week. Jason Price returned home. Thursday evening Mrs. Marcotte entertained a few friends to a Geni Demonstration. the home of Elva's sister Mrs. Carl Meyers of Union- ville. There were 43 mem- bers of the family present. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Baster have returned home from a trip to Nassau. Julie and Kathy were pleased to have a few days holiday with Grandma and Grandpa Jones of Glen Major. Don't forget the skating party at Port Perry rink from 1 to 2 p.m. on Fri. 13, Friends of Mrs. M. Crosier will be glad to hear she is at her daughter's, Mrs. Helen Taylor, Stouffville. ** Sunday was a busy day for hospitals, . doctors and police, ambulances and tow trucks after a 20 car pile-up, between Myrtle Manchester. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hayes of Ajax, Mr. Clem Best of Calgary on route to Cali- fornia, were supper guests with Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Best, Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Allie Jewell, Mrs. D. Cawker and Lisa of Sonya were callers with Mr. and Mrs. Art Fielding recently. and returning to Epsom Church for lunch. Everyone in Epsom and Utica area wel- come, Mr. and Mrs. Keith Ashton 'had lunch on Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Howard Ash- ton. : Mr. and Mrs. Earl Wilson and children had dinner with Marie's mother, Mrs. Simp- son of Uxbridge.
