Reports were received from each committee. The regular Sunday after- noon trail rides have been very well attended until last Sunday when it had to be cancelled due to the lack of Snow. On Sunday, Feb. 7, approx. 80 club members and friends enjoyed an afternoon of games at the farm of Mr. and Mrs. Ken Gilbank and Lloyd Gilbank. Ribbgs (were pre- sented at the meeting to the children who achieved the best times in the games. Plans were discussed to attend the convention for the Ontario Federation of Snow- mobile Clubs in London on April 9, 10, and 11. The Dyno's are having a beef barbeque oh Sunday, Feb. 22, for club members only. The day will start with a trail ride from the Nestle- ton Hall at 1:00 p.m. In the event that there is not enough snow, the trail ride will be replaced by a bus ride to the cookout, leaving at the same time. Snowmobile games and start races have been planned for the after- noon. . After the meeting, two films were shown by Gary Walker. "Cold Rodders" pointed out some of the things not to do on a snow- mobile and 'White Day - Red Nite' showed' the safe and proper operation of snow- mobiles. * Also on display for the evening 'were the trophies won by Dyno members at the C.O.R.S.A. games day, Jan 31,in Port Perry. The Dyno's made a very good showing at - the games day, bringing home the club trophy for the bathtub race and five indivi- dual first place trophies. The Cartwright Dyno's are enjoying a very active season to date and anxiously await the return of winter weather and more snow. Plan two strategic moves. Warm welcomes were ex- tended - by the = Worthy Matron-Mabel Cawker and Worthy Patron William Pearson. _. At the close of the meeting Gord Thomas, Entertain- ment Convener, assisted by wife Alice, presented a _de- lightful Valentine program ending with a Valentine draw. Presentation of a small gift was made by Minnie Fisher and Betsy Staniland, to Minlue Haitlie, who was married on Sat., Feb. 14th, to Mr. George Rumble of Clinton, Ont. We shall miss Minlue in Chapter, but "warmest wishes" are ex- tended to.the happy. couple.
