Ontario Bowling Championships this weekend carry- ing a set of golf clubs and a plaque that says she's the second top bowler in her class in the province. She won the second spot in the Carling-O'Keefe Classic competitions in Windsor where she represented the region. The members who partici- pated in Snowarama have pretty well recovered from "their hundred mile trip. Their efforts brought in ap- proximately $5,000.00 for the Ontario Society for Crippled Children. Club trophies for the most money raised is pledges were presented to Teddy Quinn and Willy Houthuys. The snowmobile drag races were also a great success this year, thanks to the work of many club mem- bers. The next event coming up. for the club is a cookout, this coming Sunday, March 21st at the West Shore Marina. Perhaps there will be more snow by then. . All the snowmobile clubs in Ontario who belong to the Federation will be sending delegates to this convention. This season is coming to an end for snowmobileing but plans are already being made for next year.
