Improvement, relocation and additions to ancillary services such as water, sewers and-or roads where such improvements will result in revitalization, will also be eligible. Municipal administrative costs relating to the imple- mentation of the project can be included in the total ap- proved costs, but will be limited. Rhodes said the total pro- vincial recovery would be limited to 110 percent of the initial provincial two-thirds contribution. However, repayment is contingent upon additional revenue being created for the municipality. There is no fixed period for this loan recovery, Recoveries could come from the sale or lease of any cleared land or buildings of the project, from sharing in i PAVLOVIAN SIESIN CITIES ISSS hey -- ORGANS & PIANOS | Watch for our Big Opening Specials, Oct. 1st! - f5g yds Lo yt wy a ORGAN WORLD : 189 QUEEN ST. - PORT PERRY (Whitby, Mall - 579.4271) i Tre Meetings held. in the privacy. of your own home, A CANADIAN PUBLIC COMPANY WHOSE ONLY BUSINESS IS HELPING PEOPLE. "In all cases two-thirds of suchrecoveries would return to the province and one-third to the municipality," he said. If and when such a project results in additional tax re- venue, the recoverable pro- portions will be reversed. The municipality would receive two-thirds of such new tax revenue and the province one-third which will be applied to the provincial loan recovery. There were very few days when we could enjoy the outdoors. However, that didn't stop us from enjoying outings with our families or special trips with other nur- sing home residents. We visited the Automotive Museum and saw the cars we used to drive, In "July we rented a bus for a tour of Parkwood. This was on one of the many rainy days but the weather cleared in the afternnon and we were able to have the grounds after tea in the conserva- tory. This trip, plus the loom. which arrived about the same time are good ex- amples of where the money raised at our bazaars etc. is spent. We exchanged visits with the residents from Daheim with good weather both days. Our road has been under construction most of the summer. The contractor has been most considerate - seeing that we always had access. The work is almost finished now - with a nice new sidewalk which we very much needed. Our church services. con- tinued throughout the sum- mer. We appreciate this effort on the part of the clergy. Our bingo ladies took a well deserved rest but have resumed their usual Thursday bingo now. Kinettes are back too' - starting tonight. We partic- .ipated in their House Tour visiting two homes in Port Perry before we went for ! tea at the church. We are looking forward to our "Leaf Tour' which they sponsor every year for us.
