The second game this week was the first in a best of three series against the team from Utica. The game was played under rain soaked conditions on Sunday after- noon. The game was called after 8 innings with the Mal- mont Farms team ahead 7-5. The Utica team felt the loss of their first string pitcher who had been seriously injured during the week. Everyone hopes he has a quick recovery. The second game in this series will be Tuesday night in Port Perry with the winner of the series meeting the team from Yel- . verton.
