In a special meeting at the Goodwood Community Hall on Monday, the Cana- dian Penitentiary Services have announced three sites that they would consider for the Construction of a Recep- tion Centre if Uxbridge residents vote 'yes' in the Dec. 6 referendum. Tom Craig, of the plan- ning department C.P.S. revealed the sites, which all centre around the Good- wood area, in the south west portion of the township. The first site is on Con- cession 2, an area of about 100 acres adjacent to the Goodwood Go-Cart Track. Second site was described as being between conces- sions 2 and 3 just to the north of the community. This site is a worked-out gravel pit and covers approximately 71 acres.
