John has enjoyed being president for the past two years and thanked the directors, the exhibitors, Glenn and Neil, the M.C.'s for the day and the secretary for their assistance. John Larmer, chairman of the Field Crop Competi- tion presented the Hall Trophy and the Fair Board trophy to Harold Swain on behalf of his son Jim Swain who was unable to be pre- sent. Jim had placed first in the Corn Field Crop Competition this year. The treasurer's report showed a healthy balance. Reports were made by the chairmen of all the sections of the fair. Each reported a successful year. Suggest- - ions are invited for impro- vements to the fair. If anyone in the community has suggestions, just pass them along to any member of the Fair Baord, as soon as possible.
