Central Seven Association for the Mentally Retarded is one of those organizations that has, despite the fact that membership isn't exactly counted in the hundreds, accomplished much for a segment of our society that is at best Ignored - at: worst descriminated against. . _....What_most. people fail to realize Is that such efforts, to be successful, must be continual.. For these volunteers, every week Is National Week for the Retarded, and the struggle for funds is a year round effort, and not simply an annual Flowers of Hope drive.
