A bus has been chartered to visit the Erland Lee Home at Stoney Creek, Ont. on Monday, June 6th. Mrs. Mabel Cawker took the motto "Travelling", will Enrich or Knowledge of His- torical Architecture", fol- lowed a "Tourist Prayer", which left us all with good intelligent thoughts when we must travel, Mrs. Florence Ellicott ex- plained what "Public Relat- ions" meant to us all in Women's Institute activities, if we wish to succeed and serve a means of support to all groups who share our opinions, and the need to improve conditions of life for ourselves and our families and the commun- ities in which we live. Travel and Communications have served to make the world a smaller place and by studying and learning about other parts of the world we can better under- stand immigrants from these countries. A reading, "The Old Outhouse on the Way Out" was enjoyed by all. Followed by a lovely reading "My Mother's Apron" by Mrs. Thelma Me- ~~ Creight.
