Mr. Mannen graduated from Waterloo University in 1975 with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, and a year later from University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Education degree. His interests include out- door activities such as cross- country skiing, coaching team sports and studies in physical geography. NANCY MACMILLAN Nancy MacMillan has re- turned to full-time teaching this year with a kindergarten class at Epsom School. She has completed a num- .ber of department of educa- tion special courses and holds a primary education supervisor's certificate. Mrs. MacMillan taught in the primary grades in Port Perry and then worked as a primary consultant with the Whitby Board until 1967. During the years out of teaching, Mr. MacMillan was very active in commun- ity affairs such as Scugog Library, Town Hall 1873, Scugog Ratepayers Associa- tion, the Recreation Commit- tee and the Curling Club.
