Oshawa scored twice in the first period with Charlie Randell scoring the first from Emery Concarella and Vaughn Smith then Gino Pascuzzi scored from Gary Sherban and Chris Griffin. In the second period . Oshawa counted four goals to Utica's one. Emery Con- carella from Vaughn Smith. Concarella scored again from Larry Bews and Charlie Randell. Then Gino Pascuzzi scored an unassist- ed goal when he stole the puck from a Utica defence- man, their sixth goal from Scott Anderson and Steve Gilroy. Utica's lone goal was scored by Rob Kroonenberg from Peter Bathe scored Bill Bridge and Rob Munroe. Gino Pascuzzi got Oshawa's final goal unassisted. Sonya Broomball results C&B4-Brian's1 C & B Livestock got off to a quick start with Bruce Wood- row scoring on a pass from Doug Christie. Don Phinney also assisted. Ron Redman made it 2-0 two minutes later with Ken Fraser assisting. Brian's tallied their lone: goal late in the first period with Dart Wagar scoring from Steve Preston. In the second period Doug Christie scored from Bruce Woodrow and Don Phinney "and in the third Colin Wackett scored from Ken Bryant to make the score 4-1. Utica 3 - Brooklin 1 Utica handed Brooklin their second consecutive loss. Mike Mitchell opened the scoring at the 10:00 minute mark of the first period on an unassisted goal. Brooklin replied in the second with John Vipond scoring. Utica went ahead once again with less than 2 minutes left in the game when Bruce Smith scored from Keith Ellicott.
