Under. the very capable direction of Chairman Kinette Sandie Benns, the Seniors "were wined and dined and in general shown an evening of good food, fun and fellowship. During the social hour Blackstock by Bethany Schryburt prior to dinner the guests were treated to a "glance at the past", compliments of the Port Perry Star, who kindly brought copies of the local paper dating back as far as 1918. What a delight for some of our guests to read and remember, The Scout Hall was. deck- ed out in pots of Mums that were very graciously donat- ed for -the evening by Eleanor Woods, each- table was arrayed with Canadian Flags gifts from our M.P. Second draw, top point rink was rink 11 - Tuesday evening mixed curling 7:00 draw, top point winners were Mr. and Mrs. Roy McLaughlin and Mr. and Mrs. B. Love. The top point winners for the 8:30 draw were Mr. and Mrs. Harold McLaughlin and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Schryburt. Three couples from Ontario near weekend they competed at the Brook- lin Concrete Mixed Invita- tional Bonspiel in Port Perry on Saturday.
