Duets were sung by Jan Simmonds and Tracey Wat- son; Peggy Jones and Heidi Spannbauer, Susanne Holy and Stacey Rumford, Glenn . Kerry and Tony 'Goslin. A special thought for Julie Ashton who was to have sung in a duet but was ill. The Unison Choir had a fine - day placing second while the grade 3 and 4 choir won their division in excellent fashion. The grade 3 and 4 choir returned to Sunderland to participate in the festival of Stars. Congratulations to all the students for one of the best years of Sompetitign yet. A thank you from-all'the students and teachers goes to Mrs. Coates for her leadership and support. - On Tuesday, the grades . 56 from Epsom school enjoyed a day at Nonguon Conservation Area with hiking the nature trails and learning a great deal of natural science. Remember the Good Fri- day morning breakfast and church service. Everyone welcome at 8:30 a.m. -On Sunday, Communion Service will be held at Utica United Church at 11:30 a.m. On Saturday evening Mr. and Mrs. Terry West, Mr. and Mrs. David Richardson of Uxbridge were supper guests with Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Wilson. Miss Julie Ashton was an Howard Ashton while theii overnight guest Friday with mother and father attended a Credit Union convention in Toronto. - Mrs. Walter Kerry called on Mr. and Mrs. Enoch McKnght on Sat. to wish them a happy wedding anniversary. Mrs. Charlotte Sneyd of Toronto and her daughter Karen visited Mr. and Mrs. Murray Potter on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Barry Bushell of Uxbridge visited the Potters on Sunday even- ing. On Friday afternoon Mr. and Mrs. Earl Wilson, Mrs. _ Mary Wilson and Mrs. Mary VanWyck visited Mr. and Mrs. Drew McCulloch at Lakeview Manor, Beaverton and found them in good - health.
