X nt [5 SLA Wednesday, May 10, 1978 LE SE A A 24 Blackstock youths face 3 100 charges A six-week investigation by officers of the Newcastle detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police has result- ed in almost 100 charges « being laid against eight juveniles and 16 youths between the ages of 16 and 19, all from the Blackstock and surrounding area. A police spokesman said Monday that the charges include 69 for break and enter, 10 for possession of stolen property, 6 for wilful damage, one for assault and one under the Narcotics Con- trol Act. The business assess- ment of the signers of the petition , amounted to $113,000. A spokesman for Durham Région Police said that Robert J. Saulnier, 23, of R.
