FEAL LAA . fy . - a > & . % cw - New site for industrial plaza Scugog Mayor Lawrence Malcolm, 'Durham Chairman Walter Beath and Tony Cesaroni of Carlan Enterprises were on hand Monday morning for an official ceremony to mark the start of construction on a 20,000 square foot industrial plaza being developed by Carlan on the north side of Regional Road 8. Mr. Cesaroni says that the eight-unit plaza should be complete by the end of next month, and at least three potential tenants have expressed an interest in locating there.
