Bad week for Midgets by Deb Ireland The Bradford Midgets visited Port Perry on Thurs- day night and went home with a clean 23 to 10 victory. Port just wasn't into the game and gave Bradford too many runs too early in the game. Dave Dickson had a nice home run in the fifth inning. Pitching for the Lumbermen were Mark Cleveland, Dave Dickson, Ian Hartung, and Dennis Franssen. Port travelled to Clare- mont on the following eve- ning and came out on the * short end of the score. This loss may have been due to the sortage of players. The - Claremont pitchers were in the first half and one more during the second half. Neil Mark was excellent on de- fense, also good offensive and defensive play by Larry Collins. Stacey Ballingall had a shut out game in goal.
