Oh well, we didn't " mind. Pirates are a hardy lot! Space Day should have Jbeen called original costume - day. I have to hand it to some mothers (or maybe it was the kids) the costumes were super. Old shirts, garbage bags, pieces of styrofoam all magically turned into costumes that could put Star Wars to -Shame! We weren't visited Joyany little green men from Mars but we were visited by Cotton Jenny the Rabbit. Thankyou to Linda Sutton for bringing her pet. On Canada Day we all made Canadian flags and paraded down the streets of - Blackstock. "We are going to Port Perry for 'a swim! There will be no Playground in Blackstock on. this day as the bus will léave about 9:30 'and return around 3:30. The children are asked to bring their lunch for a picnic in the park and then we will swim in the afternoon. We will have to charge $1 per child to cover the cost of the bus and: the 50 cent admission into the pool. There will be lots of . things to do in Port even if you do not want to swim.
