McEntyre back safely from holidays to conduct the ser- vice on Sunday at Burns church. The sermon, taken from Corinthians was "Pride and the Grace of God." Mrs. Fred Daw sang a solo, "Fill my cup Lord." On Sunday afternoon there was a memorial service at Preadalbane ' Presbyterian church, Rev. McEntyre gave the sermon, "The Heart of Christianity' and a com- bined choir of St. Johns Port Perry and Burns of Ashburn supplied the music. Mr: and Mrs. L. Stuart, M1. and Mrs. H. Heron spent Saturday at the new home of Mr. and Mrs. Drew Leaper who are moving from London to Mississauga. It was also their grandson, Ian's seventh birthday party. Mr. and Mrs, N.
