Cornish Public ya School. i / IDA MAE SAMELLS The Blackstock Com- munity was saddened on the passing of one of. its older residents, Ida Mae Samells, on March 11, 1979, after a lengthy illness at the Port Perry Community Hospital. She was in her 83rd year. Born in the Township .of Cartwright, Ida Samells was "the daughter of the late Samuel and Mary Ferguson: She resided on the family farm west of Blackstock, until her marriage to Tenny- son Samells on January 12th, 1916.
