At the Anglican Church on Easter Sunday, brass candle holders were dedicated. in the memory of Thomas John Pollard Hodge by his wife and family. Hymn books were also dedicated in memory of Mrs. Alice Blight. The junior choir sang several numbers at this special Easter service. Communion concluded the service which attracted a full congregation. A packed United Church had a special Easter Service as well. Two beautiful solos were sung by Marlene Parsons and Alice Ann Lee.
