May 9 at 7 p.m. at the Blackstock Rec Centre. All boys who participated in the Blackstock Arena Hockey will receive awards which are being presented by the Blackstock Camping Trailer Rentals operated by Doug Allin. Mrs. Ella Venning was a guest for Sunday evening dinner at the home of_ her daughter Mr. and Mrs. Doug McMillan and family, Prince Albert. Marlows Feed Mill held a successful Open House on Friday and Saturday. Horses, dogs and cats arrived for their free Purina Chow. Sympathy is extended to Mr. and Mrs. Bert Gibson on the passing of his brother who lived in Greenbank. As you know the time changed this weekend and we understand one gentle- man missed Church due to not changing his clocks. The afternoon unit U.C.W. will be at the church at 2 o'clock. The evening unit of the U.C.W. will be held at the church at 8 p.m. Don't forget your plant for the plant exchange. Don't forget the euchre at the hall on Friday, May 4th. On May 27 is a big day for Greenbank, it is the Park Dedication. At 1 o'clock is soft ball and at 2 o'clock is the dedication of the park. There will be horseshoes and other activities at 7:30 in the hall is a Historical evening. Anyone wishing information on their home or village will be able to listen to and. ask questions from a panel of knowledgeable people. There will be re- freshments and displays of local artifacts.
