Charles Clarke of Prince Albert will be guest speaker at our church next Sunday July 15 at 10 a.m. Vacation Bible School will be held at Greenbank United Church July 23 to July 27 inclusive from 1 p.m to 3:45 p.m. All children ages 4 to 14 of the school and church area (including Seagrave) are in- vited to attend. Have a great time fellas and don't forget to write! A little reminder to ladies of the community concern- ing the presentation on Wed- nesday July 18 at 12 noon in the Seagrave Church base- ment. This will take the form of a pot luck dinner. A big thank you to Judy Grierson for a hand painted sign newly erected in our park to remind young and "old" not to litter. Many thanks to the Brant- on family who entertained the scouts and their families for a barbecue and swim last Sunday. Attention girls 6-9 years of age interested in joining Brownies! The leaders would like a general idea of how many girls from the Seagrave area there will be attending in the fall, so a location may be determined. Seagrave Old Timers Baseball Team will play host to the Oakwood team on Sunday night at 6:30 at our park. A benefit auction is being planned for Earl Bacon on Friday July 13. There will be a cattle auction at 7 p.m. at Lloyd Wilson's Auction barn. A program and food auction will follow. All those wishing to attend are kindly asked to bring a pie for auction.
