# Thanksgiving weekend is a time one thinks of turkey; and a popular activity this time of year is the "turkey shoot." The Caesarea Fire department sponsored a "'shoot" on Saturday that featured 30 rounds. Thirteen year old Annette Haines of Nestleton proved that it is not just a sport for men. Annette put 17 pellets in the target [the winner of that round had 24] which is not bad when you consider that the 12 gauge shotgun packs a pretty good kick.
