There are six of them: father, Leslie, a French horn player and director; mother, Margaret, who specializes in keyboard instruments; daughters, Jennifer, who plays cello, and Fiona, who plays violin, viol, krummhorn and recorder; sons, Andrew, who is arranger and composer and plays many instruments and Ian who plays viola and handles the advertising part of the business as well. A busy family indeed, yet at the heart of things a sincere warm relationship prevails offstage as it does onstage. The "Renaissance CAGE. SRR SHES Christmas", which is the title of the concert at the Town Hall, will be a colour- ful evening of rousing carols, folk and traditional songs, a characteristic display of musical talent and dancing in the typical garb of the Renaissance period. It is a repeat performance of a very popular yearly show based on how people acted in the courts and in the streets a long time ago, especially at Christmas. This is first class enter- tainment.
