in a ee SE ER ---------- I Now, that's a hydro bill! Hold on a minute, Hydro. We know rates are going up, but a bill for $29,487 is a bit much. Bert Gibson of Blackstock thought so too, when he opened his March _bill for a small home he owns near Greenbank. He was even more worried when ®he saw that if the bill wasn't paid by April 1, the figure would jump to over $30,000. ~ Ontario Hydro office in Newmarket told Mr. Gibson the bill is a mistake, and he's to ignore it. '/I think I'll have the bill framed,' he said with a smile. Star Easter hours The Port Perry Star would like to inform its customers and advertisers that the business office will be closed on Good Friday, April 4. The office will be open again for business as usual on Monday, April 7. We would ask any advertisers or persons submit- ting copy for next week's issue to do so, if possible, this Thursday, April 3.
