Mr. Sacco is the owner of many hairdressing salons in Durham Region, including the Hair Centre in the Port Perry Plaza. The hairdressing school, known as Art and Technique was officially opened last Wednesday and can train as many as 60 students in either hairdressing or hairstyling.
