The same two teams met in the Pontypool 500 tourney over the weekend and the result was another come- back victory for Port. Port: went into the last inning down by two runs. They put the best to work on McLeod and Dick Campbell and' came away with four runs and the victory. _ Port Perry currently stands atop the Lake Scugog Softball League with a 6-2 mark. A bit of a surprise has been the Janetville team which is in second place. Last year Janetville was one of the weakest teams in the circuit but has turned it around this year. They hold one of the league wins over Port but Port has also beaten them once. } Port Perry will be playing in a Lob Ball tournament during the coming weekend in Oshawa. The next home game for the team is Wednesday, June 18 when they take on Janet- ville at 8:30 p.m. Because of the Pontypool tournament they postponed a league game against Yelverton which will be contested next Sunday, June 22 at Nestleton.
