Epsom and area news by Jean Jeffery Mr. and Mrs. John Wiersma and family of Blythe were weekend guests with Mr. and Mrs. Ross Evans, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Evans were New Years Eve guests with Mr. and "Mrs. Doug Wilson and family. Dec. 27 Mr. and Mrs. Kerry and family celebrated a family reunion at the home of Cloyne and Jeanette Stearman. It will be Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Stearman's 60th wedding anniversary in February. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Prentice were with Mr. and Mrs. Donald Prentice for Christmas. Murray, Joyce and Richard were in Florida. Then Elsie and Gordon enjoyed the Noble family gathering at the Legion all on New Year's Day. All were pleased to welcome the newest Noble when Mr. and Mrs. Brian Noble were there with the baby. Mr. and Mrs. Norm Tapscott joined a group of friends for dinner on New Years Eve at Ferrantes Restaurant in Markham then all went to a friends home for a few rounds of euchre.
