The Cubs, Scouts and Venturers had their annual Father Son Banquet on Sat- urday night. The banquet was a great success. A special thank you is extend- ed to the young ladies of our community for all their help. I'm sure the Good Neigh- bours Group appreciated us, girls! The children and their leaders also found time to attend a special "Thinking Day" service in honour of Lord Baden Powell in the Greenbank Church on Sun- day. A special feature of the service was the presentation of the Religion in Life Badges to Lee Beacock, Eldon Sears, Paul Wana- - maker, Derek Dykeman, Jan Smith, Shane Branton, Scott Spencer and Jeff Tait.
