On Wednesday a group of the Blackstock Agricultural Society members travelled by bus to the Convention of Ontario Agricultural Societ- ies held in the Royal York, Toronto. They were pleased to learn that two of the slides which we had submitted won prizes in the slide contest. This year, Ruby Christie of Port Perry was the very capable and gracious President of the Ladies' Section. Plans are underway for the Tractor Pull which will be held on Friday and Saturday July 17 and 18 and the Fair which will be held on August 29. Mrs. Z.
