The team consisted of Howard Bailey, John Green, Lawrence VanCamp, and Tim Cochrane. Jim Weir filled in for Howard in the final game. The plays are approaching quickly: Friday March 13th and Saturday March 14th, Cartwright High School will be presenting their three one act plays. This year the Alikats are presenting "Three Phone Calls," the Ookpiks 'She Married Well" and the Tigers "Father Says No." The evening will begin at 8:00 p.m. There will be three intermissions during which the yearbook will be selling pop and donuts. This Monday and Tuesday are the curling playoffs for the four Cartwright High School's Top Teams. Skips of these teams are Howard Bailey, John Green, Valerie VanCamp and Leanne VanCamp. The March Break this year is between March 23rd and March 27th. March 27th the yearbook is holding a dance- a-thon. Sponsoring "dancers for this event will help our financially burdened year- book. A special request has been made to insure all that Brian Mikkelsen is alive and well. Thursday evening, last week, Melanie Williams, Lynn McLaughlin and Marlene Parsons received awards from the Sunderland Music Festival.
