The execution of the numbers whether it was the choir itself, solo, duo, trio or quartette . were received with great enthusiasm by the - audience, and well deserved it was. It would be far too lengthy to mention each individual selection of music or its performer here. However, an exception should be made "in the case of Gloria Forder and Tom Millar for their excellent execution of the Tarantelle from Rachmaninoffs Suite No. 2. The talented couple played the complete Suite at their concert in Town Hall 1873 the week before. Following the intermission , the choir presented Wright's, Proudly We Praise. A tribute to the provinces of Canada, composed for its 100th birthday, 1967. It was a powerful epic in music and presented with a strong national feeling by the choir. The stage was decorated with the Musical Globetrotting in mind with posters from Larry Kendall, Bruce McMillan and John Stone entertained with a medley of tunes from Britain. £ i nda Si bie Jones and Lois MacDonald various parts of the world. .
