Co R.H. Cornish drama students Ap ------ -~. ™ » SEES So 5S 7 delight audiences NE ty Sr The students of R.H. Cornish Public School presented the three act play Tom Sawyer Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last week to the delight of capacity crowds. The music and acting, although not flawless, was a delight for those attending, and in most cases was much more polished than one might have -expected from these young actors and actresses. Backed by a choir of 40 voices the musical- drama provided a very entertaining evening for those attending. Although all those in the cast performed ~ admirably, special mention must be made of Kim Norton, Bill Imperial and Geraldine MacDonald who very capably handled the lead rolls of Aunt Polly, Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn respectively. Congratulations to all! I ----" a Afraid of being found, Huck Finn and Tom Sawyer [played by Geraldine MacDonald and Bill Imperial] hide behind a tombstone in the graveyard. Relatives and friends of Tom and Huck look shocked as they return after being lost and thought dead.
