Museum-Mobile coming On Friday July 24, its your chance to view and handle fossils dating back some 500 million years. The Royal Ontario Museums '"Fossil- mobile", arranged through Scugog Shores Museum, houses approximately 250 fossils, ranging in age from 365 to 500 million years old, and are mainly examples of invertebrate animals that _ lived in and around the tropical sea that covered Ontario at that time. Co-ordinator of the museu- mobile program at the ROM extension services, Mr. Robert Kirkman, will be on hand to interpret the 35 foot long display bus, which will be parked down at the foot of Queen Street, opposite Palmer Park. The museu- mobile will be open Friday. from 11-1:00 p.m. and from 2-5:00 p.m. There will be no charge to the visiting public. More information on the dis- play to be published next week.
