Show 'N Shine. The show, organized by Frank and Bett Sawyer, attracted the owners of antique, custom and late model cars and trucks ranging in age from the .early twenties to the present. The crowd this year repre- sented a 75 percent increase in entries from their first attempt last summer. According to Frank Sawyer, the Show "n Shine has mainly: been advertised by word- of-mouth, but already they are getting cars from as far away as Napanee and Toronto to show their cars. . It's a fun day for the auto owners as they get a chance to show-off their highly polished cars, and compete in one of six classes for trophies. And in the evening, after the sun goes down the finish off the day in great style dancing to the sound of the fifties and sixties music. The Sawyers not only organize the event, but finance it and according to Mr. Sawyer they loose a little money, but it is something that they enjoy and want to do.
