Sept. 15th, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Wright cele brated their 62nd Wedding Anniversary. They were guests of honour at a family dinner party co-hosted by daughter Kathleen and Dorothv at Kathleen's home. The Durham Region Horseback Riding for the Handicapped Association Ride-a-thon will be held this Saturday, Sept. 25th at Hoskin Stables. Trophies will be awarded to the individual rider with the highest earnings. All riders will receive crests. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Hope visited Mildred's brother-in- law Leonard Stainton in Bowmanville Hospital on Monday.
