December 21, 1982 Children's Christmas Adventures 3 * : wr - CONS -- aS or NA od > One cold winter night a young girl set out to see if she could find Santa Claus. The girl did this because she thought that her mother and father were mad at her. The night was cold and windy. Everything was blow- ing around and she could hardly see if she was going the right way. She was out along time and her parents were worried that she would get lost. Well you know Santa Claus can see everything you do. He saw this girl sitting out in the winter. It was Christmas Eve and the parents did not know what to do, so they called the police and they had no reports on the child. Santa was getting ready to leave. It was dark and the child was wishing she was at home. Since she thought she was near the North Pole but she was really a long way from it. Santa and his rein- deer came along and she saw them and yelled Santa! Santa! "Santa saw the girl and said 'Why are you out I was lost way in the woods, it was winter.
