Bright and So Jill, Melody & Glady COUNTRY CLASSICS Wilbur. Mr. Scott Wilbur is home from Thunder Bay for the holidays. Mr. Ken Slute was in Calgary last week attending a cattle sale. The Lorne Slute family attended a Slute fami- ly pre-Christmas dinner at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Len Slute in Raglan on Sunday. Mrs. Evelyn Bray, Bev, Jennifer and Betty Bray were recent visitors with the Sutcliffe family. Sunday supper guests with Mrs. Crosier were Mr. Bruce Beare, Miss Angela Guy, Mr. Dale Beare, and Mr. and Mrs. Dean Beare. There were 18 tables of euchre played on Friday evening with prizes going to the following: Ladies 1st- Iva Yake, 2nd- Marion Honingh and Laura Seeley was low. Gents- 1st to Tom Ogden, 2nd- Merv Storie and Ross Thomp- son was low. Freeze-out win- ners were Gladys Slack and Bernice Wells with Marion Honingh and James Houghland second. There won't be another euchre until January 14th. Mrs. Dora Geer of Ux- bridge was a Tuesday supper guest with Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Geer and boys. On Sun- day the Geer family attended the Strong family Christmas dinner at Prince Albert Hall. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Fielding and children of Pefferlaw were Sunday visitors with his parents Mr. and Mrs. Earl Fielding.
