Finlay Agricultural Representative SEED FAIR AND FEED SHOW RESULTS: The Durham East and West Seed Fair was held Friday, March 25th, at the Blackstock Recreation Centre. Thirty-five exhibitors made 140 entries in the seed, hay and feed ration classes. A close runner- up was Donavon Smith, Blackstock with. 24 points. In the Durham West forage competition, the winner was Robert Smith from Port Perry and runner-up was Ivan Norton Goodwood. In the seed selection Teledale Farms, Sunderland, ac- cumulated the most points with Dennis Yellowlees, Enniskillen and Lloyd Harbron, Ashburn, tied for secorit~ Guest speakers for the show included Dr. Bruce Hunter, University of Guelph on the topic of corn production and Tom Hodgins, Agriculture . Canada, on the topic of Pedigreed Seed Production.
