Eight tournaments and nine months after the Ernestown Puck'n Ball affair of last August Port finished up a successful year with an 18-9 won-lost record in tournament play. In the Islander tour- nament the Port Old- timers went to the "A" division finals on virtue of their 6-2 victory over Stouffville Commodores and a 50 win over Uxbridge Black Hawks.
